Hi there, I'm Cassidy!

Ever since I can remember, from the age of five (at least!), I was obsessed with horses! As most horse-crazy little girls do, I spent years begging my parents for riding lessons and once I turned eleven, they finally gave in. I began taking lessons at a local riding stable, and along the way, I made some lifelong friends, bonded with some special creatures, and found my passion for equine photography.

When I was gifted my own DSLR camera, the first place I took it was the barn! All of my photography assignments for school involved some type of equine friend, and before I knew it I was doing mini photoshoots for friends at the barn with their favourite ponies. While my photography has branched out to include various subjects over the years, I keep coming back to horses and the girls who love them.

Over the past nine years, I've been able to shoot everything from equine photography to graduations, families, engagements, weddings, and more! I love it all, and I excitedly take opportunities to shoot that come my way. My editing style is more natural, featuring high contrast, warm tones, and rich colours. I aim to enhance the natural beauty of a shot rather than completely alter it!

When I'm not shooting I can be found working my main gig as a personal trainer, cuddling my cats, or hiking with my husband somewhere in the Lower Mainland.
